Overview Babblizer is a fun app that allows you to select any picture from your library and make it speak with any soundtrack you choose to record. Grab a picture of George Washington and then record your own voice giving his speeches.
Step 1: Get your picture  Start by selecting a picture from your picture library. It can be any image you choose.
Directions To use this app follow the steps below:
Step 2: Draw the Mouth  Align the points on the screen around the mouth. These points trace out the portion of the mouth that moves so be as precise as possible.
Step 3: Lock the Mouth  Lock the mouth by tapping this button. Once this button is tapped you must start over if you want to edit the mouth.
Step 4: Choose your Audio  Choose the sound file to have spoken. Tap one of the already saved files or begin a new one by tapping the the top row. It will turn red. When you are done recording tap it again. This will save the file to your device. You can then select the file to use. When a file has been selected “Selected” will appear underneath that option.
Step 5: Babblize!  Tap this button and watch your image come to life with the sound file you chose.
